One of the most sophisticated French cake for who loves coffee and chocolate flavour.  Biscuit Joconde cake, coffee buttercream, dark chocolate ganache, dark or white chocolate masks for decoration to remind the famous French novel “Le fantôme de l’Opéra” (by Gaston Leroux).

Macarons (extra $1.50 per piece) can be added in option (please specify it in the check-out process).
