Tart Tatin / Caramelized apples Tart
Homemade puff pastry topped with fresh caramelized apples.
Tart Tatin is an upside-down apple tart — the apples are cooked on the stove top in caramelized sugar for a bit, then topped with puff pastry dough and baked.
Best consume on the day of the purchase – room temperature
Can be warmed again at 150° for about 5 mins in a pre-heat oven.
